Timeshare in Hawaii = Kahana Falls, West Maui (sunset / parkside) $10000

One of my favorite investments! Unfortunately, I have been given my parent's timeshare so I rarely using mine. Here is the info on it:

Itis a 2 bedroom lockoff, which means that if you decide to exchange your timeshare in Hawaii to go to another location in the world, you can deposit your week (with RCI) as a 2 bedroom and get 1 week per year, or split it apart as a 1 bedroom and studio/hotel room and get 2 weeks per year! This timeshare is not for a certain amount of years....it is for life! You receive a deed and can sell, rent, or even WILL your timeshare to a family member. I have only been to the timeshare once in Hawaii, but have traded it in for places like Riviera Maya, Mexico, Orlando, FL, Williamsburg, VA, etc. and have had no issues and only great times! THe locations are beautiful and it beats staying in a small hotel room for a week!

A lot of other timeshares are going for more than $15,000. This one is only $10,000! Remember, when buying a timeshare, it matters more WHERE you buy it than HOW MUCH you spend....because when you want to trade it in for another location in the world, the more desirable places (like Hawaii) will trade faster!
