Tired of Rat Race? Large Shop and 4bd. house in small town. (Baker city, Oregon) $159000
Shop building is 30ft. x 40ft. and 2 stories tall with room for third story. It has plumbing for a framed-in, but not finished bathroom. I built the shop starting in late 2002. The shop is on a 100 x 100ft. lot and has a 4 bedroom house that is remodelable if you put in a foundation first. Or you could tear it down and build a new house on another part of the lot. I have grown a garden of about 1000 sq. ft. for the last 5 years on the property. Baker City is a town of about 10,000 located in scenic and mountainous Northeastern Oregon.
